With more than 20 years of experience in the field of learning and development. Dina holds a degree in optometry and a degree in ophthalmic medical technology in addition to a masters in medical informatics. She completed her executive leadership degree from INSEAD business school, also completed her executive leadership training part of ESADE business school and Misk 2030 leaders program. Dina is passionate in supporting leaders to overcome challenges, discover their blind spots, and become the best version of themselves. Shes a certified executive coach by the International Coaching Federation and currently is the Executive Director of the Healthcare Leadership Academy at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
